1. Brief introduction:
The molten salt is a mixture of potassium nitrate (KNO3), sodium nitrite (NaNO2) and sodium nitrate (NaNO3). The powdered molten salt is heated above 142℃ in the heat carrier furnace, make sure the molten salt recycling in the melt flow state, and the maximum operating temperature up to 450℃.
The molten salt furnace use coal, oil, gas as fuel, and takes the molten salt as heat medium. A circulating pump is used to create liquid-phase circulation of liquid molten salt, then the thermal energy will be transmitted to the heat using equipment. After unloaded in the heat using equipment, the heat molten salt will return to the furnace to be reheated.
