Machine function:

1. CNC machining centre is used for processing aluminum profile, light alloys, pvc and steel. Workbench is controlled by CNC and can rotate at any angle among -90°/0°/+90°. 

2. Spindle is equipped with 4.5 KW motor, frequency controlled at 22000 rpm and has ISO30 quick tool handle.

3. The interpolation of X,Y,Z and W axis is controlled by CNC.

4. Working performance and overturning workbench are safe and reliable under the protection of sealing cover.

5. Equipped with 4 pneumatic clamping device, can store 6 tool(drilling,milling and tapping)in tool magazine.

6. Machine head is equipped with lubricating device and can realize full protection of machine head.


Machine body is composed of machine base and horizontal frame that slides at the back of machine body. All parts are Two parts are all welded steel parts and processed by high precision machining centre.

Sliding movement:

All axis are moving at high-precision and reliable linear guiding rail,all moving parts have centralized automatic lubricating system

Axis movement:

X axis adopts gear-rack movement.

Y and Z moves by ball screw

X moving length: 3500mm; W axis: -90°/0°/+90°

2. Equipped with 4.5KW motor,Its maximum rotary speed can reach up to 22000rpm and  has  wind cooling unit and standard knife handle and change tool cutter in accordance with detector switch.

Tool lubrication:

Equipped with micro lubricating system to lubricate tool.

Tool magazine:

Installed at the middle part of machine body, equipped with 6 tool grooves and pneumatic opening device controlled by CNC system.

Working Valid region:

Working area is composed of 4 pneumatic profile clamping device and clamping profile, moving at linear guiding rail, at its left side, there is air locating panel.

Electric control cabinet

The cabinet has transducer, driver and CNC device, all sending and receiving EMQ is equipped with IP55 degree of protection to avoid crumb and liquid.

Operation control panel is separate form electric control cabinet.

Operation control panel

Operation control panel adopts human-computer interface, is composed of IPC, keyboard and button. With 2 internal and 1 external USB port to connect bar code scanner and remote control modules.

Procedure features:

Graphic interface is based on Windows operation system to operate machine and process workpiece and automatically generate ISO language.

Can generate a section of a profile through CAD

Can lead in a section of a profile through DXF

Can carry out some macro-instruction and can realize management of operation sequence.
